Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Returns/exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with tags.
  • Proof Required: Provide your order number or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • E-liquids, nicotine products, or disposable vapes (opened or unopened).
  • Coils, pods, or consumable accessories.
  • Opened/used products of any kind.
  • Clearance/sale items (unless defective).

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info@vapevortexs.com within 14 days. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: We’ll email a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship Back: Pack the item securely, include the RA number, and mail to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours (e.g., wrong item sent).


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: After approval, place a new order for the desired item (subject to availability).

Warranty Claims

Defective items may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact the brand directly, or we can assist!
